Le service Population effectue les différentes démarches nécessaires à l'inscription des étrangers arrivant à Merbes-le-Château et venant de l'étranger (primo-arrivants)

Introduction d'une demande de séjour (UE et pays tiers). Formalités relatives à l'inscription sur le territoire de la commune des demandeurs d'asile (et protection subsidiaire). Formalités relatives à l'obtention du statut de réfugié et inscription auprès du CRIC (Centre Régional d'Intégration de Charleroi). Engagement de prise en charge d'un garant en faveur d'un étranger.
